Organic matcha from the first harvest, sourced from Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Distinguished by its delicate, harmonious taste, vibrant green colour and high amino acid content. 30 g tin.

100% matcha powder (Camellia sinensis). Made in Japan.

Matcha should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place. Keep it away from direct light. Avoid high temperatures and humidity.

Sift about 2 g into a bowl, add 70 ml of water at 80 °C and whisk in a W for 20 seconds, until it foams.
