Assim que come\u00e7ar a ferver, retire do lume e adicione de imediato, aos poucos, \u00e0 massa de matcha, mexendo sempre at\u00e9 ficar uniforme.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Verta a massa para a panela e, com o lume baixo, continue a bater at\u00e9 engrossar, mantendo a mistura macia e sem grumos. Use uma batedeira el\u00e9trica de m\u00e3o para facilitar.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Numa tigela, bata as gemas com o a\u00e7\u00facar at\u00e9 engrossarem. Depois adicione-as, sempre a bater, \u00e0 massa de matcha j\u00e1 fora do lume. Leve novamente a panela ao lume e mexa at\u00e9 obter um creme espesso. Deixe arrefecer.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u2060Entretanto, bata as claras em castelo. Envolva-as delicadamente na massa de matcha arrefecida, com uma esp\u00e1tula ou colher de metal grande.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Quando a mistura estiver toda da mesma cor, divida pelas formas frias, enchendo-as at\u00e9 cima. Alise a superf\u00edcie de cada souffl\u00e9 e passe uma esp\u00e1tula ou o dedo polegar em torno da borda de cada uma.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Coloque as formas num tabuleiro e leve ao forno durante 10 a 12 minutos, at\u00e9 crescerem bem e come\u00e7arem a ganhar cor.
