How to prepare Matcha Latte
1. Sift about 2g of matcha into a chawan (2g is roughly equivalent to two heaping bamboo scoops).
2. Add a small amount of hot water (between 70°C and 80°C) and whisk with the bamboo whisk to create a thick, smooth green paste.
3. Add the remaining hot water, about 30ml, and whisk in energetic zigzag motions for about 20 seconds.
4. Slow down your whisking and gently move the whisk over the surface to remove larger bubbles and create a creamy green foam layer.
5. Finally, add your preferred milk to the dissolved matcha and enjoy 😉
