Bolinhas Proteicas de Tchá-Tchá Matcha e Pistácio

Ingredients:

  • 75 g cashews
  • 40 g shredded coconut
  • ⁠  ⁠1 colher de sopa de sementes de chia
  • ⁠  ⁠2 colheres de chá de matcha culinária, mais extra para envolver
  • ⁠  ⁠2 colheres de sopa de farinha de coco
  • 30 g protein powder
  • ⁠  ⁠4 colheres de sopa de mel líquido ou xarope de tâmaras
  • ⁠  ⁠3/4 colheres de sopa de água
  • 30 g finely ground pistachios
  •   2 colheres de sopa óleo de coco

Preparation

  • In a blender or food processor, blend the cashews, coconut, chia seeds, matcha, coconut flour, and protein powder into a paste.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat and add it to the paste in the blender or food processor, along with the honey and water. Blend briefly until you obtain a moist dough. Add a little more water if the mixture is too dry—the dough should be moist and well-bound.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into balls by rotating them between your palms.
  • Roll the balls in the finely ground pistachios and matcha powder until coated, then place them in the refrigerator to firm up. Store in an airtight container.
