Servings: 4
Ingredients:
150 g de farinha com fermento
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo
2 ovos
125 ml de leite meio gordo
25 g de manteiga derretida
Óleo de girassol ou azeite para pincelar a frigideira
Mel , para servir
Mirtilos, para servir
1 colher de chá de matcha culinária
Preparation
In a large bowl, sift the flour with the matcha and add the sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry mixture.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Add the melted butter and mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until you get a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When hot, pour portions of batter (about 2 tablespoons per pancake) and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbles form and the base is golden. Carefully flip and cook the other side for a little longer.
Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Serve the pancakes warm with honey and fresh blueberries—or as you prefer.
