Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  •   150 g de farinha com fermento
  •   2 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo
  •   2 ovos

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, sift the flour with the matcha and add the sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry mixture.
  •  In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Add the melted butter and mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until you get a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When hot, pour portions of batter (about 2 tablespoons per pancake) and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbles form and the base is golden. Carefully flip and cook the other side for a little longer.
  • Repeat until all the batter is used up.
  • Serve the pancakes warm with honey and fresh blueberries—or as you prefer.
