Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of culinary matcha
200 ml of milk (dairy or plant-based)
Preparation
Aquece o leite e reserva-o numa chávena ou caneca (sem deixar ferver)
Separately, dissolve the matcha in 50 ml of hot water (70°C to 80°C), stirring with a chasen or whisk until foam forms.
Pour the dissolved matcha over the hot milk in the cup.
